I got this for my wife for Christmas. She seems very pleased with it and finds it very comfortable and easy to adjust. It is lightweight and easy to move around. It's nothing fancy and does exactly what it was designed for.

I purchased this bench as part of my girlfriend's birthday present, because she used a similar model that one of our friends owns, and enjoyed it. For me personally, the bench looks a little strange. It's comfortable enough, but I always preferred the wider benches. I think the price is a little much as well; 25 would have been more reasonable.
The unit comes packaged very neatly and carefully; after a few moments, the chair was set up very easily. Adjusting it is a little problematic, as when you disengage the center adjusting screw, the cross beams will decide to go crazy. However, once it's closed up, the bench is very solid. There is no warping, and no rocking of the bench. Make sure that everything is latched securely, otherwise you'll be in for a bit of a spill.
I don't know. For 30 dollars the construction is great, the seat itself is comfortable, but I just can't say it's a superb deal. I think it's because I'm more biased towards the more classic types of benches that are made of wood, or can rotate to adjust the height (much more simple than the cross beams, which only allow specific alterations in the height, as opposed to complete control)

Much more comfortable and stable than the padded, adjustable stool that I was using - and I am a social security age senior - it has got me back to making music. Good product. Of course, great execution by Amazon.
